Blockchain education with 482.solutions attraction

1. Blockchain technology has long been popular with students from different universities in the world. Does the Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University have plans to launch educational programs in this direction?

Thanks to the amendments to the new Law “On Higher Education”, which entered into force on January 1, 2020, we now have the opportunity to consider interdisciplinary educational programs and the prospect of introducing blockchain technology in cooperation with the departments of finance and economics, information and cybersecurity, computer science and mathematics. Already, our students are studying various aspects of the architecture of decentralized applications, including smart contracts, as well as various models of cryptoeconomics.

1. Do you predict an increase in demand for blockchain specialists with specialized education?

The number of vacancies for blockchain specialists, especially with working experience with C++, Python, JavaScript, and cryptography, is growing every year, although I don’t think that we should expect a big “boom” in the near future, as it was in 2017.

3. How does cooperation with blockchain companies, in particular with 482.solutions, affect the quality of the development of educational blockchain initiatives?

Thanks to the cooperation of the Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University and 482.solutions, students get the opportunity to get acquainted with Blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies in their technical and commercial aspects, studying under the guidance of industry technical specialists working in real-world projects.
