Turkey will finish testing digital Lira in 2020

On November 4, 2019, T.C Resmi Gazete, the official journal of Turkey published The Presidential Program stating that the government is pushing the trial of digital lira. Per the report, the first trial of digital lira will be carried out and finished by the end of 2020. Turkey expects digital lira will strengthen local economy.

Ukraine may legalizes cryptocurrency

The Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong has issued new rules for licensing crypto exchange. The 60-pages document set the requirements for crypto exchange to operate legally. Specifically, the document adds various rules for regulation include: legalizing non-securities token, crypto custody, private key management, KYC, ALM/CFT, market manipulation, etc.
