4EVERLAND Bucket Supports the Use of S3 Browser to Store, Backup and Manage Files

4EVERLAND Bucket supports several methods of the Amazon S3 HTTP API. This allows you to use not only the 4EVERLAND Bucket website when working with storage, but also popular tools for working with Amazon S3.

Quick introduction:

S3 Browser is a freeware Windows client for Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront. Amazon S3 provides a simple web services interface that can be used to store and retrieve any amount of data, at any time, from anywhere on the web.

4EVERLAND BUCKET is 4EVERLAND’s first decentralized storage product, it enables all users to upload and store files from the IPFS and Arweave networks in a safe, convenient, and efficient manner. BUCKET is also compatible with AWS S3 — APIs, interface operations, CLI, and other upload methods, making it simple for users to use the product.

*Before you start, make sure you have downloaded and installed the appropriate version of S3 Browser and registered with the 4everland bucket.

How to start:

First, in order to establish the those two platforms, you need to set S3 Browser:

Paste the endpoint from https://docs.4everland.org/bucket-api/.

here you can see the endpoint is endpoint.4everland.co.

Now log in your BUCKET account and select the Setting button.

Generate an API.

Copy the key and password and fill in the corresponding fields.

Congratulations! The setup is now all done!

You can now upload your files to 4everland bucket quickly and securely via s3 browser.
