4EVERLAND Releases IC Hosting Service: Build and Deploy Websites on Internet Computer in Minutes
We are pleased to announce the release of 4EVERLAND IC Hosting Beta, which now allows users to deploy sites/applications packaged into Internet Computer (‘IC’).
The entire deployment process from front-end canister creation to cycle management is abstracted and automated, so you can build fast decentralized sites on the IC open infrastructure with just a few clicks.
In addition, 4EVERLAND has set up a dedicated IC gateway to better serve the ecological users of Internet Computer. This has greatly improved the speed and security of access for users. Currently, 4EVERLAND IC gateway comes with a free SSL certificate and preview URL, and supports custom DNS domains for IC projects.
Hosting on IC
To minimise the complexity of creating canister smart contracts and updating content, and to enable developers to host the site on Internet Computer, 4EVERLAND will first create a new canister for the project on Internet Computer (IC) containing the project’s content/ code/ files during the first deployment of the site, then complete the first deployment follow up setup and go live with the site.
After this, 4EVERLAND will automatically update the contents of this canister at each deployment. This means that you will assign a front-end canister to each site that is pushed to Internet Computer.

Real-time synchronized updates
Deploying a static site to Internet Computer with 4EVERLAND is as easy as deploying your Web2 sites on IPFS. With our GitHub integration, content is synchronized for the first time. When you push your repository, 4EVERLAND will fetch the changes and update your canister on Internet Computer accordingly.
