Recently our team conducted a webinar with several recommendations on how to to save even more than 30 % of development budget due to precisely done Discovery phase.

The value of this webinar is that Sofie Blakstad was able to take part in it, who is partnering with banks, industry bodies and governments to reach SMEs, with growth potential into larger businesses, NGOs and charities. Your seed funding will continue our development towards a 2017 customer launch. Sofie (UBS, RBS, Citi, Nordea, Goldman Sachs, Chase, Merrill, Lehmans) has nearly 20 years’ experience delivering global service-aligned universal banks and startups. She is passionate about helping customers to succeed and grow. The team has a combination of 80+ years of experience and includes leading edge brains in blockchain, CX-driven service design and architecture, amongst others.

Sophie shared her experience with us on the example of working with her clients on the financial project. So she presented the problem that the customers turned to her and based on the business model for the customer’s project, explained how she sees the solution based on her experience.

We also presented a presentation on the main steps that our company makes when it comes to the business analysis of the project. Often a rush to start development can be a cruel joke during the heat of work.

Thus, we advise you to concentrate on:

● Question everything — hold on and think twice taking each step forward;

● Build business. Not a dream — beware of getting stuff overcomplicated;

● How it should work?

● How it usually does?

● BPMN — create a life cycle of continuous improvements;

The main idea of the webinar is to explain that sometimes to create something that work is not the goal. You have to get the progress and common understanding of what you are working on between your team that can be settled in a distance.

We invite you to check on our YouTube channel the whole story
