5 For The Fight On Medium

Inviting YOU to Share Life Lessons From Cancer

What is 5 For The Fight?

5 For The Fight invites everyone to give $5 for the fight against cancer. Now, we are inviting everyone to share the stories behind those 5s.

What is 5 For The Fight on Medium?
5 For The Fight on Medium crowdsources the wisdom from those affected by cancer. We would like to gather enough stories to start featuring them at a regular cadence and share them on 5 For The Fight’s social channels weekly.

Who can submit a story?
Anyone. 5 For The Fight is a global campaign and we are looking at representing a wide selection of wisdom from the ones too special to let go… from the lives cut short or forever changed by cancer.

How do I submit?
You can submit a favorite story behind your 5 For The Fight dedication by adding it to our publication in the publish drop-down menu (email hello@5forthefight.org to ask to be added as a writer). Donate $5 online or by texting future to 50555, write their name on your hand and share on social.

Medium? What’s that?
Medium taps into the brains of the world’s most insightful writers, thinkers, and storytellers to bring you the smartest takes on topics that matter. So whatever your interest, you can always find fresh thinking and unique perspectives. It’s easy! If you aren’t already on Medium and don’t want to join we can also publish it for you! Just let us know in your email and we’ll walk you through it, but it’s easy. We promise.
