Laughing at the suffering of others, such as in an innocent fall on ice, is one of the great mysteries of our minds. Why did it appear? What’s funny about it?
The paradox is especially curious because it only applies to physical suffering. We wouldn't laugh if a child’s 5$ dollar bill fell into a puddle.
Once again, we see that the human mind is complex.
