Five things that made me happy today:

1. Ruby is working on an animation for a Michael Jackson song. She is planning on drawing each cel, or whatever they’re called. She’s been working on it off and on all afternoon.

2. Pizza together with kids and Manin after he worked overtime today. On my sweet little Hannah table in the living room.

3. Conceived of a new theme for collages, looked around for materials and I have a lot I can use. What a thing to do while on “vacation” from school in the next few weeks.

4. I bought a thing that I found searching for “a thing that keeps a metal tube of medication from cracking.” It is a thing that keeps a metal tube of medication from cracking and I couldn’t be happier. I can use nearly all the product before the metal fails. What a great idea!

5. Ready to finish the musical chairs of repotting for winter tomorrow. Every plant is moving up one size. Plus I have some babies that are rooting in water. Then we’ll be set for the winter and ready to move outdoors in the spring.
