5 things that made me happy today:

1. A sunny, mild day.

2. Got one last load of yard stuff from Buena Vista to Plano. Only one large item left for truck transport tomorrow.

3. Max brought a friend home from school who stayed for hours, including an illuminating trip to

4. A local Korean place which is basically ramen buffet to the infinity power. $15 worth of ramen and veggies and various meat-like things and broth is a lot. Even teenage boys can’t finish it.

5. I remembered how much I like teenage boys. They were my favorites as a teacher.

Bonus #6. Ruby and I did her math tonight. Ratios. Sometimes after so much repetition, something just pops into place.
