On April 22, Liaocheng City Brain, jointly created by iFLYTEK and 51WORLD, was officially launched, becoming the first “city brain” built and put into use in Shandong Province. Liaocheng City Brain is also a benchmark cooperation case in the field of smart city between iFLYTEK and 51WORLD following Tongling City Super Brain.
A Brain Perceiving the Water City
Liaocheng, located in Shandong Province, is known as “Venice of Northern China”. It has taken the lead in issuing the “Three-year Action Plan for Promoting the Construction of a New Smart City in Liaocheng (2019–2021)”, and put forward the concept of “One Cloud, One Network, One Center”. On this basis, the Liaocheng City Brain is built around the “12345+N” framework.
To build a city digital twin base, map the city status information in real time, and assist the city to realize scientific planning, layout, analysis and decision-making; consolidate the two platforms of integrated big data access and integrated command and dispatch, and realize the integration of massive urban data and form a unified urban command and dispatch system; build the three capabilities of IoT perception, algorithm services, and smart decision-making; establish the support of four major systems such as safety assurance and standardization. The City Brain will deeply empower the intelligent development of Liaocheng in the key urban areas such as people’s livelihood services, public security and fine governance.
At present, the “12345 + N” framework of City Brain in Liaocheng has been basically realized, and the city’s collaborative innovation center has been established It uses the physical center to host the virtual center and deploys the city’s public resources with data resources to establish the “most powerful brain” in Liaocheng. Li Changping, the Mayor of Liaocheng City, said that Liaocheng City Brain aims to build a city with “perception, thinking, decision-making and temperature” and focuses on solving the problem of rigid demand in urban development. Currently, it has launched multiple application scenes in the field of urban governance.
Digital Twin Build the Base of City Brain
