Sampas is a globally renowned software and hardware developer. As one of Turkey’s earliest software developers, Sampas has been deeply involved in digital government solutions for over 40 years, aiming to provide one-stop smart city solutions for local governments and the top multinational companies.

In 2022, Sampas collaborated with 51WORLD to jointly build a city brain based on a 40-square-kilometer developed area and a 3-square-kilometer core area in Osmaniye Province. The Osmaniye City Brain digitally reconstructs the traditional city governance model, enabling real-time perception of the city’s operational situation and assisting in scientific planning, layout, analysis, and decision-making, leading to high-quality city development. Embracing the digital era, Sekisui House recognized the evolving homebuying habits and proactively applied 51WORLD’s smart real estate technology in the Sanctuary project. It encompasses the entire lifecycle of real estate project marketing and connects with customers in a more digital form.

The smart real estate technology realistically reproduces the entire Sanctuary building, covering an area of approximately 90,000 square meters, and its surrounding scenes are intuitively displayed on a large LED screen in 3D.

Even if the property is not yet built, users can scroll or click on the screen to gain early access and have a 360-degree view of the area planning, project model, construction phases, unit layouts, showrooms, and outdoor landscapes. They can also experience real-time lighting changes throughout the day and the authentic scenery of all seasons indoors and outdoors.

With its comprehensive display, full scene reproduction, ultra-clear image quality, and cinema-grade immersive experience, the demonstration site quickly bridges the gap between the project and customers, elevating the showcasing of unit layouts and cross-regional marketing to a new level.

The demonstration site also supports filtering based on area, floor, orientation, price, and even availability status, meeting the multi-condition filtering needs of customers with technological means and greatly improving the efficiency of sales or leasing.

According to incomplete statistics, Japan experiences over 10,000 earthquakes on average each year, with an average of about 4 perceptible earthquakes per day. The frequent occurrence of earthquakes in the geographical environment of Japan places high demands on the accuracy and timeliness of earthquake pre-enactment and emergency response plans.
