Fellow introverts of the internet, we’ve got some bad news. We’ve run the numbers every which way and the truth is unavoidable:

Networking is critical to finding a job.

Bummer. Have no fear, though, because our Senior Technical Talent Manager Amanda Bolint is here to show you the way forward (when you’re ready).

In her “Networking for Introverts” event at Wacom Experience Center in November, she shared her tips for fighting those feelings of dread when facing a room full of people. At basic, she suggests setting short-term goals such as length-of-stay or number-of-interactions and long-term goals based on career growth.
