Happiness is Knowing Who You Are, Not What You Do

I was neither of those things, having only left my full-time job a few days prior, I was in search of a new identity. I couldn’t just leave my job and be a stay-at-home dad, I needed to be somebody.
In other words, I thought my happiness was tied to my actions. I was wrong.
2020 has forced us to confront our core selves. Do we like this person when they are at home and deprived of opportunities to impress other humans?
