What remote culture means to us told through pictures

While remote work allows for considerable flexibility, at 6AM City, we believe that in person collaboration is key to building a strong company culture and advancing strategic company initiatives. We encourage our staff to get together with remote coworkers living in their cities at least once a week, and we truly see it happen. Get-togethers are captured on camera and shared in our Slack’s partyline channel (one of our most active channels that celebrates company achievements, staff birthdays + workiversaries, etc.) for everyone to see, showing Pride in Place™, celebrating the cities we live in and the work that we do.
