Living in Finland for a semester was a magical experience. Moving from Brazil all alone on New Years Eve, from a tropical summer to a polar winter, was scary, new and probable the biggest challenge of my life. Fear mixed with excitement was all I felt. As the months went on, I fell in love with the country. The beautiful wilderness and the relationship Finns have with it, the cities that are amazingly planned to offer everyone access to everything and everywhere and blend with nature seamlessly, the inclusive and egalitarian society, everything that makes Finland perfect.
These are the pictures from my time there, representing a very important time of my life.
