Naomi Cowan’s Creative New Release: Paradise Plum, a Visual

After her initial introduction to the music industry with debut single ‘Things You Say You Love’ ft. Mark Pelli, Naomi Cowan really hit the road running with her second single, Paradise Plum. Since it’s release the catchy tune has been getting rave reviews, both locally and internationally.

With the real ‘rub-a-dub’ riddim provided by ace-producer, Teflon (from Zinc Fence Records) this song is so easy to groove to. So the song’s success comes as no surprise. After singing along to the song for months, the accompanying music video is finally here.

Directed by Kia Moses (@meshmarina) on location, Fleet Street and Life Yard (Downtown, Kingston) Cowan is seen riding on a very fashionable and colourful bicycle through the streets while hailing some passers-by who are very stylish themselves, including 7AM’s own Osunya Rose.

The colour scheme throughout the video reflects the summer and upful vibe of the song. The contrast of the colourful clothing and the somewhat rustic background stands out to me as well.
