Summer Party with our #7coders
Every great story starts with once upon a time… Our story begins with great people, delicious food, and good vibes. Last week we organized the third big event of 2022, the Summer Party. Due to the fact that some of our colleagues were new, and Paul delighted us with his presence directly from Brașov (he works remotely), we had some emotions regarding the event and its result.
We had various foods and drinks like charcuterie boards, snacks, and juices or beers. With a bohemian decor, we tried to create a relaxed space where everyone felt safe and welcomed. Once the drinks had been flowing a suitable amount, we commenced the activities we had prepared. Firstly, we played Beer Pong. There is no point in giving too many details, but the bottom line is that we got a little tipsy. The second game — Medusa. Quite a tricky one. This game taught us how to be patient; it increased our sharpness and made us happy (if you know what I mean)! :) The third activity was one that involved physical effort and determination: Pop the balloons. A game played in teams that determined us to communicate, applaud the members and support them (not the opposing colleagues).
The rest of the evening passed in an enjoyable haze of chatting, drinking, and nibbles. We managed to give life to a summer night throughout an event held with our dear colleagues, and we got closer than ever: some moments become unforgettable when you choose to be a child again!
