Podcast on Animation

--

By Jeremiah Cantrell

Hey viewers, my name is Jeremiah and today, we’re gonna talk about animation. But before we start would you like to hear a joke? What did eggman do when Sonic told a joke? Eggman cracked up!

We’ll venture through the history of animation, what you can make with animation, and what it really is. Ready? Let’s go!

Now, Animation is the illusion of movement on TV. Different forms of animation are things like: stop motion, 3D animation, or 2D animation. What animation is to me though is basically like drawings put together to make a video. Animation was created by a French man named Émile Cohl who made the first animated film named Fantasmagorie.

One of my favorite animated films is The Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog. Sonic The Hedgehog is about how the awesome Sonic always defeats the evil Dr. Robotnik. Animation is better than live TV because the villain always gets destroyed, but always comes back for more. I also like animation because there are different types of animation. My two other favorite TV shows are Sonic Boom and Sonic Prime. Just so you know I’m talking about animation because when you think about it, animation is awesome.

Well that’s all for now. See ya!
