Born in Chanthaburi in 1981. Fascinated in photography since he studied in the Rangsit University. His photography life is like riding on a roller coaster; from featuring his work in National Geographic Thailand, gradually decreasing until almost quit at all that was caused by many reasons. Mainly Tavepong established his company which thieved most of the time from him and also turned mad about camera equipment instead. A wedding anniversary’s gift from his wife changed his life — It was a ticket to Varanasi, India which was an important turning point to bring him into the spotlight afterwards. In 2014, Street Photo Thailand (SPT) launched an activity for taking photos everyday, 365 days. Tavepong joined and succeeded in it. The result brought him very far from the starting point such as winning a lot of competitions, exhibiting worldwide, being a member of in-public, etc. Besides his incredible street works, he also created one superb series called Freak Songkran Day — full of bizarre moments, high pressure, and explosion of striking flash lights. Now Tavepong is a brand ambassador of Sony Thailand, released his photobook “Good Day Bad Day But Everyday” in 2018, and still creates brilliant works continuously.
