Born in Bangkok in 1987. Patcha earned a bachelor’s degree in Decorative Arts from Silpakorn University, Thailand. She went to New York to study the One-Year Certificate Programs at the International Center of Photography (ICP). Finding herself and learning more about creating personal work were her purposes of journeying to New York; finally Patcha realized that “Food” was very meaningful to her. It’s about relationships, memory, and feelings which are blended and profoundly impact her attitude and life. 214(b) is a series depicting Patcha’s emotions against surroundings when her non-immigrant visa was denied while living in the US. This series has been exhibited in IN-TRANSIT a group exhibition in Bangkok in 2018. A coming photo series of Patcha is about a cookbook of her grandma. It’s an on-going project and possibly would be made as a photobook and launched in the late of 2019. Now Patcha is a freelance photographer dedicated to food and still life photography based in Bangkok.
