Born in Bangkok in 1980, Rammy Narula is a Business School graduate from Assumption University. An entrepreneur for most of his working life, it wasn’t until 2011 that he became fascinated with street photography when his brother handed him his first camera. Through photography, Rammy feels much more connected with the world around him, and often credits it for being his lifeline, allowing him to discover more meaning as well as a sense of purpose. As an active member of the street photography community, Rammy has judged several International street photography competitions, and his work has been featured regularly in local and international publications. In 2016, his photobook “Platform 10”, a project shot on a single platform at the Bangkok Central Train Station, was published by Peanut Press, a publishing house in New York City. Today, a member of Street Photo Thailand and the international photography collective Burn My Eye, Rammy offers mentorship programs as well as keynote talks throughout the year, helping aspiring photographers open up their perspective and find a sense of fulfillment and joy through photography.
