Distribution is everything

This, right here, is Distribution.

I have made this mistake too many times. You love Product and building, so you spend your time there.

Instead, invest time thinking hard about how you will get the first 10 customers, then 100, then 500, then 1000…

Thinking about the product is the comfort zone; you have a vision, so you know what you have to do.

Selling, positioning, and getting people’s attention and trust is craftsmanship. You’re going to have to run many tests, so you may as well start sooner rather than later.
