It’s A Really Good Day
As the sun rises across the town it’s rays pass through the window of our heroine, she isn’t really a hero in terms of metahuman capabilities, she’s a hero just because she pushes through life’s woes and chooses to stand strong and greet the sun with a huge smile every morning.
Today, she decides to treat herself to a nice afternoon at the spa, nothing like a good mud bath, a little exfoliation never hurt anybody. Yesterday she got fired from her job because her boss was a myopic perverted douchebag and she knee’d him in the crotch area for harassing her sexually. She says to herself “It’s a really good day.”
The day proceeds with a nice stroll to a nearby grocery store and is greeted with warm smiles because everybody in the neighborhood knows her for giving that same warm and loving energy to people through a smile.
Our heroine goes back to her apartment and puts some popcorn in the microwave while she slips into something more comfortable. As the microwave beeps rapidly signifying that the timer is done, our hero goes ahead to turn on the tv just in time for her shows to start and she says to herself “it’s a really good day.”
Fin.
