For the past week, I’ve been dealing with immense guilt, shame, incompetence, and depression. All I wanted to do was sleep. I thought over and over about how to be happier and I knew I had to nourish my physical body, mental body, emotional body, and spiritual body. The one thing I could really begin nourishing at that moment was my body.
