Many people spend too much time on optimizing their strategy, and not enough on questioning whether they’re chasing worthwhile aims in the first place.
If Goals Are Your Source Of Motivation, Stop Immediately
Maarten van Doorn

I began to think about goals I have had. I realize I make a lot of short term goals and no long term. I now realize that my goals aren’t even goals. They are more of a check list. If I get them done then they are out of the way. I don’t think that should be goals. I think like you are saying then that those aren’t really goals or they just aren’t meaningful enough. I need to look at new goals I set and determine if they are worth achieving. I’ve learned what the difference is between goals and look and see if my goals are important.
