First I am glad you took the time to write this and took the time to share your thoughts and this post really connects to me because I agree with you so thank you. You address so many things that are very important when it comes to self confidence and self motivation and over all just not getting down on our selves. I really like how you address how there is truly nothing wrong with us and as humans our thoughts really play a large role on our actions and our life. Whenever myself or someone I care about is having a bad time or a rough day or something goes wrong, a lot of the times I have to remind myself or those I care about that we just need to relax and calm down and think positive. Sometimes we just need to take a break from what we are doing if we are frustrated or upset because I have noticed that when we are upset or having a bad day and we continue to do what we are doing, things just continue to go down hill or we make another mistake and get down on ourselves even more. Sometimes we just need to stop and after something goes wrong relax and then turn our thought into positive thoughts so we can improve or have a better day and continue to progress. I am also very happy that you explained that as humans of course there are times that we are able to mourn or be sad or angry and there are times where that is very appropriate and inevitable but we have to have this mindset and we have to be able to not let these feelings control our lives and we need to be able to get over them and continue to progress and make our lives better.
