Most Beautiful Zodiac Sign

The Hidden Octave

Note, that this is a vedic astrology article, there are likely to be terms that are unfamiliar to those who come from alternate astrological schools of thought.

This is a study done using the charts of 80+ fashion models — in a later article I will be looking at different industries like, Miss America, fitness, playboy and anywhere else where women are celebrated primarily for their appearance.

Before you scroll down and see the graphs that illustrate the results for the most beautiful nakshatra, I would like to explain my decision of not featuring moon signs here. Truthfully, every nakshatra is capable of embodying great psychical beauty (as per society’s standards) and actually different industry’s celebrate different moon signs for their beauty. The astrologer, Claire Nakti, on YouTube has an old study on the most dominant moon and sun nakshatras for Victoria Secret models, and she discovered that for Victoria Secret specifically, the top moon was Purva Ashada nakshatra.

The reason why I focused mostly on other planets is because I wanted to really discover which where the placements that lead to overall beauty — which placements lead to the healthiest skin, strongest hair, good bone and muscle structure etc. Even if every moon nakshatra is capable of embodying great beauty, I hypothesized that it is not every nakshatra that ‘nurtures’ the outer planets in this way. So without further to do, below is the graph that illustrates the most common nakshatra placements for all planets for top fashion models.

Most beautiful nakshatra

So as you can see from the above chart, the most common placement for all planets (except for the moon, but including it’s dispositor) were both Rohini and Mrigashira. Therefore, Taurus is the most “beautiful” zodiac sign.

I will first try to explain the strong presence of Rohini. So earth signs are known for their… earthiness, their ability to give someone a lot of ‘body’ to work with. This is why we even find more overweight individuals with a dominance of earth placements. In women this energy tends to bless them with large breasts, full cheeks and an overall curvaceous body but, in a way, we could say that none are quite as ‘earthy’ as Taurus, and specifically Rohini.

Now, too much Rohini or too many moon makshatras make the native a little too ‘soft’. Having moon nakshatras (Rohini, Hasta and Shravana) parired with rougher planets like mars or mercury or mars nakshatras and mercury nakshatras give it more shape, sharpness and skill to be able to use all the innately magnetizing and extremely feminine elements to actually produce strong seduction. The foundation of earth (all that bodily tissue to work with) and paired with harsher elements can result in intense seductive skills — without that, Rohini can make the native ultra soft and depending on how much lunar or earth energy there is, it can even make them almost shapeless.

Marilyn monroe is an incredible example of this. She has her sun in the extremely soft and oh so feminine nakshatra of rohini, which is known for it’s all round attractiveness (or rather, attractive and seductive potential). But she also has an Aslesha ascendant and a Dhanista moon (which are also known for their incredibly sexual nature and instinctual enticing abilities).

I’ve found that the planets mercury, jupiter, mars and sun were very prominent in Rohini in this study of fashion models.

Now, Mrigashira was also very prominent in this study, it being the #1 placement for planets like mars and saturn, as you can see below:

However, the nakshatra of Mrigashira was more indirectly influential than it was directly. It was by far very prominent in terms of dispositorship. What is dispositorship you ask? Basically, each zodiac sign has a ruler, and regardless of whatever planet occupies this sign, it will be directly commanded by the owner of the sign. For instance, let us say that in a random person’s chart, mars occupies the sign of Capricorn, and goes about doing it’s mars in Capricorn activities, but wherever the actual planet Saturn is placed, this will modify everything in the sign of Capricorn and consequently affecting even mars. So if Saturn is in Aries for instance, it will command everything sitting in it’s signs (mars, as well as the actual house Capricorn occupies) to direct itself towards Aries-like functions.

From the below graph you will see that the most common dispositor nakshatra for both the sun and the moon was Mrigashira.

This has been by far the most extreme of all results.

Gisele Bundchen, Mrigashira mars and venus

The energy of Mrigashira, in a more indirect and mysterious way, was the most prominent energy for fashion models over all, which is also interesting considering the fact that fashion as an industry (many of it’s photographers and most of it’s fashion designers and editors) is ruled by the planet rahu. Ardra, which is the rahuvian nakshatra most associated with mrigashira. Ardra as the hunter and Mrigashira as the deer, Rahu as the photographer and Mars as the object. Rahu and Mars are also strongly associated when you think of Shatabisha and Dhanista.

Mars nakshatra in general enjoy provoking others (in pretty much every sense of the word), and seduction is one way to do this. People influenced by mars very much enjoy causing others to experience: anger, lust, jealousy, desire and strong feelings in general — in fact, they themselves often struggle with these feelings, particularly anger and lust. Mars nakshatra tend to enjoy being objects of desires and often don’t really mind being objectified, particularly mars nakshatras like Citra and Dhanista, which is another thing that gives them an attraction for this industry.

Being so associated with the deer, they typically have very elegant bodies (not necessarily the longest, though), which would make them ideal for the runway and this animal is also quite photogenic and beautiful in a gentle way. Of course, when we talk of model weight as well, mars nakshatras (all though, have an easier time gaining weight than most other placements) are very bodily oriented and often focused on fitness, plus Mrigashira being a dispositor would help in granting these natives with a naturally lean physique. The actual planet moon within lunar nakshatras or mars nakshatras can lead to more weight — since the moon being our deisres and libido, and mars nakshatra being rather lustful and gluttonous, this combination can lead to bigger bodies. But other planets in these nakshatras have an easier time bringing out the more physically fit qualities.

Saturn in Mrigashira leads to well formed teeth, muscles, joints. Mars, generally rules blood and so also has a role to play with skin as well as other organs.

The energy of Mrigashira creates a lot of fascination. Like a deer in a paradisaical forest, leaning in for a drink of water by a sparkling lake, observing natives that have such a placement can be fascinating as well as the feeling that they are always somewhat distant.

The prominence of both Rohini and Mrigashira here (both these nakshatras being each other’s most compatible partner) also tells us the importance of serpent energy in general when it comes to beauty, given that the sexual animal connected to these two lunar mansions is the serpent.

Curious enough, the actual planet Venus was not significantly prominent in any nakshatra. The results were not very striking.

I will definitely be combining the results of this study with future one’s of the same subject. Perhaps I’ll try Miss America next. I will also be coming back to this same study to explore aspects and conjunctions that lead to physical beauty, or at the very least, the kind of beauty celebrated in modeling. And eventually we will discuss why certain placements are less represented in beauty related industries. Stay tuned.
