Day 118
I did better today, in that I didn’t eat outside of what I have prescribed myself.. yet. :-)
Nothing much to note today, except that I woke up had breakfast, and started to fade, so I went back to sleep till around noon.
Spent the day doing house chores…
Later that night, hubby came back from Costco with some yummies, which my mother in-law and I indulged in during Downtown Abbey’s season 6 premier. I am considering scrapping Saturday’s treat for Sunday TV Night Snacking (which is my weakness)… I don’t know. We shall see. Perhaps I could look up some healthier snack alternatives for then…

Dinner: Sauteéd Veggies + Brown Rice Pasta + Tomato Sauce
Late Night Snack: Pop Corn +Glutino Wafers
