One choice that my friend made that she later regretted was eating 2 gallons of ice cream before bed. She thought it was a good idea at the time because she was sad and just wanted ice cream. One consequence of her eating that was she had a horrible horrible stomach ache after. If she were to have that much ice cream again I don’t think she would do it again because the pain was horrible, she could just eat one bowl.
