In class we talked about re creating a logo from a local business. I chose to re create the wildfire logo because i thought it could use a new way to represent itself. For years Wildfire has offered great food but didn’t have a logo to back it up. So i decided to make a logo that would represent its greatness.
Sketch
Staring off I didn’t know what to do,but then I came up with the idea of having a big w. I chose to make the main part of the logo a w because well its the first letter that came in mind when i thought of wildfire. It posed as a wow.
Draft
I had to make a choice. I decided on the first sketch I made because I felt like it had a lot of potential and it felt right for this place. I started with just a w and kept adding on to it. I decided to use the pen tool and copy the flame on my second sketch to add the fire in Wild fire.
Final result
At the end i decided for my last draft because it fit in perfectly for this place.
