Baird & Warner Real Estate Logo

Ever since I started using photoshop and illustrator, I’ve felt more creative as an individual. I can now make drawings I was not able to make before. One example is making a custom logo for the Baird & Warner Real Estate Company, located in Glenview.

First, I started by making a couple drawings.

After I completed the drawings, I chose the one I liked the most (in the middle). I went on Adobe Illustrator and used my knowledge of the software to create multiple logos that are almost exactly the same. Though very similar, they have a lot of noticeable differences.

My final step was to choose the one I thought was the best and improve it a bit more.

And this is my logo! However, I felt like making it look a little bit more professional, so I came up with this:
