Closing Thoughts
This feeling is something that I have fought with throughout my entire life.
For me, this feeling comes and goes in waves. And when it comes, it can stay for weeks at a time. During this period, I wake up with little to no motivation. And that lack of motivation might even persist throughout the day.
I have tried to combat this feeling as much as possible, and my efforts often work. But when they do not work, I feel helpless. My brain is at war with itself, and the lazy side is winning.
If you ever have this feeling or if it is a feeling that you have always had, then I encourage you to fight it. Eventually, you will make a breakthrough, and the productive side of you can declare a victory (if even for a moment).
