365 Days of Python: Day #45 — Sacred Sleep
Getting the right amount of sleep can sometimes feel like an unsolvable problem.
What should my bedtime routine be?
How many hours of sleep should I get?
Are naps beneficial?
There are endless amounts of academic studies and YouTube videos that answer all of these questions, so feel free to do you own research.
But in my opinion, each person has his/her ideal amount of sleep that is necessary for him/her to feel energized the following morning.

Closing Thoughts
This week, I learned that not getting enough sleep can be detrimental to your productivity the following day. Although I have always known this, I have never really experienced it at this magnitude.
Furthermore, I am coming to learn that keeping a strict sleeping schedule can sometimes be more impactful than getting enough hours of sleep. I know that sounds…
