365 Days of Python: Day #78 — Discounted Drinks
Happy hours are awesome for a number of reasons.
For one, the drinks are cheaper. And sometimes, the food is even cheaper.
But most importantly, they can be a great way to meet co-workers (if your company hosts recurring happy hours).

Closing Thoughts
To be honest with you, I do not think I have ever had a bad time at a happy hour (whether it was for work or just with some friends).
However, there is one thing about happy hours that I do not particularly like: driving home. For me, the persistent mental reminder that I have to drive home can be disheartening. I do not condone drinking and driving in any way, so I will limit myself to 2–3 drinks (depending on what their alcohol percentages are).
But if that is my only complaint about happy hours, then I would say (with confidence) that they are nearly a perfect event.
Please remember that if you do plan on driving home from a happy hour, then make sure to know your limits (and specifically, the legal limit) before endangering yourself and others.
