First, color contrast
QS code can actually be monochrome black, but also can be multi-color overprint. The optical characteristics of barcode printed symbols require: in order to read and be reliable, after printing, the line and the space in the barcode should have obvious contrast, the reflectance of the space should be as large as possible, and the reflectance of the line should be as small as possible. Domestic newsprint according to the national standard, whiteness is more than 50%, normal printing can meet the requirements of QS code identification. Two, the error of overprinting

According to the national standard, the newspaper overprint error is less than or equal to 0.3mm. In fact, some more advanced printing equipment, high quality requirements of provincial newspapers in this respect can fully meet the standard. Some local newspapers, such as the overprint is not too stable, the QS code is recommended to use monochrome printing, so that there is no overprint problem.
Three, print the missing elements
When printing, be careful not to lose the elements on the plate, so as not to cause difficulties in reading the QR code. In printing, because of the plate or blanket, it is easy to cause printing pattern defects. Special attention should be paid to this type of QR code, which is a slightly “fragmented” pattern.
Four, printing ink color problem
In order to control the size error of QS code symbol, the key of printing is to control the ink color and printing pressure to ensure the accurate recovery of QS code stripes.
