• Communication and Interpersonal skill — A business analyst should possess an excellent communication skill as they act as a bridge between the stakeholder and the client side.
• Analytical and problem solving — This helps in interpreting business needs and choosing the best solution for a challenging business problem.
• Cost analysing skill — Business analyst always fix the budgets for the project so he/she must be good at analysing the expenditure .
• Good decision making and passionate towards to provide technical solutions — Since the main responsibility of a business analyst is take business related decision ,the decision should be technically and logically correct and should be good at decision making as the ideas will be carried out till the end of the project.
• Programming languages — Business analyst should have programming language knowledge like R or python to easily carry out analysis fastly.
• Process modeling , reporting and dashboarding
