To quote Jay-Z, allow me to reintroduce myself.

Before I begin, I would like to profusely thank the commenters on my first article, for leaving lots of feedback, and I’d like to thank Medium for creating a format that led to most of that feedback being constructive. I would also like to thank Breitbart for the kind mentions. I haven’t read the site much, but it’s an honor to be referenced.

Quite a few of you had concerns with the article, so I’d like to answer just a few of them. Primarily, there was a concern that Luke Montgomery may not have been as closely tied to the Clinton campaign as I implied. This is a very valid concern, and I apologize profusely. My next article will attempt to establish that link, but for the sake of fairness, please be advised that when I say “Clinton”, I am referring to the Clinton campaign, unless otherwise stated.

By far my favorite allegation was that I’m some sort of GOP plant, which I find hilarious. As we all know, the GOP would surely publish an article on Medium filled with screenshots and FEC report clippings. It’s not like they have a news network known for being starving for anything that could potentially damage Clinton with a reach that makes this article look like a speck, of course not.

Lastly, I would like to reaffirm something I want everyone to read. I have no hat in the ring at all, and the reason I went digging was because I saw an interesting investigation. I do not have it in for any candidate. I believe that it’s my job, as someone who’s taken it upon themselves to investigate this issue, to bring things to light. I assure you, if it is revealed that Donald Trump, Bernie Sanders, or any other candidate has done something fishy, I will certainly investigate that as well. I like to think that my loyalty is to the truth, not to any party.

And to those of you who have decided to stoop to insults and threats, I highly encourage you to counteract the article with research of your own. I will gladly apologize if proven wrong. Oh, and to some of the people sending threats and insults, nice job dragging gender into it and assuming I’m male. Really helping your case there.

All right, without further ado, let’s do this thing!

Priorities USA Action

Let’s take a break from Clinton and take a look at another figure these documents mention, (and that I promised a piece about) George Soros, controversial funder of far-left movements like Femen and Black Lives Matter. While Soros funds Clinton’s campaign, I believe that some of these documents show something far more sinister, that money from the Democratic establishment is going right to buddies in the GOP in order to quell movements like the Tea Party, almost like a perverse mirror image of the framing of Bernie Sanders we saw last time.

Now, this article is going to get kind of rambly (ramble-y?), so please keep all seat belts securely fastened and make sure that you highlight a line when you leave your responses. Lots of sources to dig through.

So, last article, we met David Brock, and looked at one of his PAC’s. I’d like to direct your attention to another. In February, Brock resigned from the board of a PAC called “Priorities USA Action”, claiming that it was attacking other PAC’s he ran for dodgy financial practices. He rejoined it later this year.

But why should we care? Well, my German friend referred me to a friend of his in Turkey (this is rapidly becoming far too international) who offered this explanation of how things likely happened.

Political spheres in America operate according to a hierarchy. This is very obvious. Even an invitation to a meeting will often require a donation on the order of $1,000. David Brock was replaced by Harold Ickes in the Priorities USA board, however this was agreed to month(s) before, as you can find Ickes’s donation receipt to Hillary for America, exactly a month before Brock’s resignation in February. Paperwork for a job application is a good enough analogy for the donations to PAC’s if you want in to an American political structure.

It’s a harsh condemnation of our system, but a source was included.

Unsurprisingly, Ickes has a long and illustrious career with Clinton, as is to be expected of the leader of a pro-Clinton PAC. This means that Priorities USA Action, while not an official PAC, remains deeply involved with the Clinton campaign itself.

PAC’s Better Have My Money

Sorry, Rhianna. I shouldn’t have done that.

Most of the remainder of the research in this article was done by my Swiss and Turkish friends, so all credit to the lands of chocolate and kebabs. I’ll let their explanations stand on their own.

Personally, I’m all for following the money. As Swiss, accountants, and those who are interested in criminal history will know, the greatest crackdowns on shady dealings in the USA were done through simple tax evasion charges. The American FEC, thanks to the talent of the Internet, now has an easily searchable database, which we have used extensively in our research, as every contribution is shown with a receipt.

The problem we quickly ran into was that the database was not easily and quickly searchable by the parameters we wanted. Fortunately, I didn’t have to jury rig a solution, as the FEC has recently made available an incredibly powerful tool for research, allowing us to track by individual contributors. Thanks, big data!

After a few days of working on other projects, I found an email that had been waiting for me for entirely too much time:

Typing “Soros, George” gives pages of results, but it’s important to follow the amount he contributed. If Soros is as deep into a PAC as he is into “Priorities USA”, he should be funding it on the same multitude, around $1,000,000. Looking at his “Contributions to Super PACs, Hybrid PACs and Historical Soft Money Party Accounts” listings, and you should see which PAC’s he is heavily involved in.

So I did just that.

I was ordering pizza in one tab, watching TV in another, and performing FEC audits in the third. God, I love the Internet.

So there are two other PACs matching the $1,000,000 funding:

  • American Bridge 21st Century
  • House Majority

American Bridge’s donors are less than shocking; the largest contributor is one Mark Heising, who helped organize and host Obama’s Democratic National Committee fundraiser. This gives us the shocking revelation that wealthy Obama supporters now support Clinton, his ally in this election. Yeah, I know, completely unexpected.

House Majority, on the other hand is much more interesting. Let’s take a look at their largest donors, shall we? I’ll save the best for last, don’t worry. First up is Fred Eychaner, who is notable simply for how little we know about him. Seriously, that article seems to be the best source. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if he’s hedging his bets everywhere. Next is beloved horticulturalist Amy Goldman, who listed herself as a self-employed author. Given the steep donation, I figured the donation was a gift on behalf of the whole family.

OK, I’m sure you didn’t come here to read about horticulture, let’s get right to the fun one.

This is what us economically literate folks call “a frakkin’ ton of money”

Nah, the caption isn’t related to hydrofracking, watch Battlestar Galactica. On a related note, that is a lot of money. I can understand a union lobbying when it pertains to unions, or donating to congressional campaigns, but a $1,000,000? Plus 3 separate donations worth $250,000 each? I wonder what they’re doing with it? Well, let’s use our Swiss senses and follow the money.

Well, like anyone who needs to write up a report on something they know nothing about, let’s start with Wikipedia.

I asked my friend if the AFL could hire non-union people, and his response was:

I’m Turkish. I don’t know about American labor laws and I honestly don’t care. Check what sort of contributions have been received by their committees, if they’re a labor organization.

Not a bad idea, let’s hop on over to the FEC and…

Hmmm… OK, so this is a non-union, labor-backed candidate support organization. Let’s take a look and see which individuals gave to it.

The United Brotherhood of Carpenters, the gift that keeps on giving.

I looked into the UBC and it seems to be a pro-Hillary union, no surprises there. Let’s take a look at which candidates Workers for Working America supports, shall we?

Nothing surprising here, Democratic PAC, Democratic candidates

At this point, I was ready to concede defeat, and admit that most of this article had been a huge waste of time, but then I noticed something interesting. If we look at contributions to funds, rather than candidates, one name sticks out like a… sticky… uh, dammit, can’t find a funny analogy.

Whoever thought the term “lunch pail” was appetizing should have to eat out of one.

Wait, republicans? Getting $250,000 from a democratic PAC? That doesn’t seem right, and not just for obvious reasons. Spend any amount of time near a member of the far right and they will gleefully tell you how much they hate Soros. Something’s up. And it’s been up for a while, as it looks like FrontPage Magazine beat us to the punch here. Now, Frontpage seems to lean a teeny bit to the right, (their banner calmly proclaims “INSIDE EVERY LIBERAL IS A TOTALITARIAN SCREAMING TO GET OUT”), but this article is very good and seems to have quite a few very interesting bits of fact.

During the first weekend in April, Republican leaders in the House and Senate held a retreat with the Republican Main Street Partnership on Florida’s Amelia Island. No ordinary conservative political powwow, the meeting brought together establishment Republicans and leftist-supported advocacy groups, whose shared interests include neutralizing the conservative grassroots movement and passing legislative items on the Left’s agenda.

RedState’s Erick Erickson compiled a list of contributors to Defending Main Street PAC. Further exploration of those contributors reveals the disturbing level of collaboration between Republican leadership and their leftist supporters.

Then there is the International Union of Operating Engineers that has also overwhelmingly supported Democrats over Republicans for the past 24 years. The same goes for Working for Working Americans-Federal (a Building Trades/Carpenters PAC). They made a $1 million contribution on March 4th to the Senate Majority PAC, a Democratic Super PAC.

Perhaps a link to our friends in the lunch pail? At long last, all the pieces of the puzzle are finally starting to fall into place. But what has this to do with Soros? At this point, it just looks like establishment Republicans hoping to defeat the more radical elements of their own party, which has been no secret ever since a certain flowing haired figure landed on the campaign trail in his gold 757. But wait, there’s more:

Erickson further reveals that the “Mainstreet Partnership has multiple offshoots all housed on the 6th floor of a 7th Street office in Washington, D.C.” Columnist Michelle Malkin drilled deeper into that “tangled web of GOP establishment outfits” and discovered that Sarah Chamberlain Resnick, Main Street Partnership’s chief operating and financial officer, also serves as an officer on the Main Street Individual Fund (MSIF). The MSIF received a $50,000 contribution from billionaire leftist George Soros soon after it was created. Soros attempted to make a seven-figure contribution to the Main Street Partnership, but it was declined. Malkin further explains that while these organizations are legally independent on paper, they “have shared staff and legal resources.”

To quote my German friend quoting Cristoph Waltz quoting Hans Landa, that’s a bingo!

So, in summary, establishment Republicans and powerful labor union heads who are heavily Democrats formed a common alliance against far right groups like the Tea Party. Soros is one of the leading funders of these unions, even willing to make seven figure donations to them. “But wait!” you may say. “That doesn’t imply anything aside from an alliance of convenience!”

Well, dear reader, please join me.

Tracing the Money Trail

The Frontpage Article referred to one “Defending Main Street PAC”. If we look at House Majority’s donors again, we can see it right on the list. Some friends told me to look for Soros leads in the Amalgamated Transit Union and the Amalgamated Bank, both donors as well, but Switzerland, Germany and Turkey couldn’t find anything. This proof is left as an exercise to the reader.

Since we’re trying to find some connection to the GOP, let’s look at the only PAC with “Republican” in the name, the short and snappy “D.R.I.V.E. DEMOCRAT, REPUBLICAN, INDEPENDENT VOTER EDUCATION (THE PAC OF THE INTERNATIONAL)” Donors are liberal PAC’s, unions, and a ton of individual Teamsters members. Nothing too out of the ordinary there. What is strange is how many candidates they support. This is obviously a large operation, so let’s leave them be for just a moment.

Well, let’s try another lead. Let’s go back to the Committee list and search “Main Street”. That gives us the Republican Main Street Partnership PAC, which gives us a fairly interesting clue, a massive list of donors, each giving the same amount — $5,000.

This puzzled all of us for a while until we found an old article from the New York Times, which had investigated the Main Street Partnership and found them to be largely composed of the wealthy — and that membership dues were common practice. This was further corroborated by the donors that had given to the PAC, such as AT&T, Comcast, Deloitte, General Electric/Motors/Dynamics, HP, Honeywell, Intel, Kraft, Merck, Novartis, Pfizer, Dow, Coca Cola, Vanguard, and Verizon. Hardly a list of “Lunch Pail Republicans”.

And what’s more shocking is just how much of this anti-Tea Party money comes from these unions. By the estimates of two sources, more than 90% of this money used by Republicans to eliminate the Tea Party comes straight from Democratic labor unions.

In order to find out where the money actually changes hands, let’s go back and look at the Lunch Pail Republicans’ individual donors. Notice anything funny about that first one, the Engineers’ Political Education Committee? Well you should! They also gave to the Mainstreet Partnership! Oh, and what’s that? Our friends from D.R.I.V.E. are there on Mainstreet’s donor list, too!

Where does Soros collect the money?

Lunch Pail’s lead seems to be exhausted, but there’s still a TON of stuff left to find out about D.R.I.V.E., like the fact that they did some shady stuff around the last NYC mayoral election. But NYC being shady politically is like rivers of orange grease running off the pizza or cat size rats running around in the subway. Sure, it’s gross, but people just shrug and say it adds to the charm. DRIVE does seem to have an interesting donors list, though:

I’m going to have nightmares about these FEC spreadsheets. I hope you’re happy.

America Forward Leadership seems to have a lot of Democratic money flowing in despite being nonaligned. Same with March for Progress. If you do believe Amalgamated Transit has anything to do with Soros, (which I personally don’t) it’s on there, too. The Change to Win Committee looks nonpartisan until you see they reimbursed themselves for efforts made on Obama’s campaign. Oh, and their treasurer is James Hoffa, son of no other than…

For best results, play this while viewing.

YES. THAT’S RIGHT. JIMMY HOFFA IS INVOLVED IN THIS. Honestly, at this point, I wouldn’t be surprised if the Illuminati were discovered out on the FEC website, too. Thing’s boring enough to dissuade people from looking. (That’s a joke, in case you were wondering. All the Hoffa connection proves is a deep involvement with big unions.)

Where to go from here?

So, jokes aside, let’s look at what we know so far:

  • Soros is funding alleged labor-unions which transfer money to Republicans.
  • Soros is raising money from Democratic circles and this money is legally laundered through D.R.I.V.E. over to Republicans.
  • Establishment Republicans and Democrats are using money straight from Soros to take down more radical elements of the GOP.
  • Large corporations, either wittingly or not, feed into this as well.

Connecting these to the fact that Soros supports Hillary brings us back to the fact that it’s in Soros’s best interests to see both Hillary and establishment Republicans win the primaries for 2016.

The Koch Brothers have responded with their own Super PAC, but aside from one or two donors appearing as recent converts, I could find no real links from the Kochs to the establishment Republicans cooperating with Soros.

There are a lot of links in the articles included here for you to continue digging with (looking at you, lurking journalists!), but I’m honestly completely burnt out at this point. Hopefully the digging was not in vain. A huge thanks to my friends in Turkey, Switzerland and Germany for their invaluable assistance, and a heartfelt thank you to everyone who’s read this article and followed me! I might drop one more article soon as a treat for you guys.

I’ll be back publishing articles here when corruption rears its ugly head. Until then, stay informed, stay safe, and remember that it’s always the right time to do what’s right. Also that friendship is magic. Much love, anonymous author out.
