In what way is Taiwan a “struggling democracy”?
Fred Rouse

Logically fallacious. A strong economy and military does not a democracy make nor does it preclude a people from being a fledgling democracy. Taiwan is a fledgling democracy and their right to exist is threatened by a delusional authoritarian regime (with a somewhat larger economy and military by the way).
