Every American citizen on their eighteenth birthday is automatically registered to vote. The local county board of elections is responsible for seeing they receive a free photo ID every five years. The requirement of this registration is to vote in every election. For all the rest of us, the county board of elections must make registering to vote available in every town or city within the county at least four times a year. The requirement for the applicant is to bring proof of residence and birth. Their free photo ID will then be supplied to them and updated every five years. The ID comes with the mandate that you vote in every election. In this way all American citizens will have the opportunity to participate and have a voice in how they are governed. This will stop almost all possible fraud in our elections, and every American over eighteen will have a say in who will represent them in government!
