Reflection:

In week 3 we were asked to created a customer journey map. I didn’t learn anything I didn’t already know from this task, as I have been doing CJM’s for a while in other classes. I did not receive any feedback on this activity from my lecturer or peers. This task did not deepen my understanding of DMS, as I have already done numerous CJM’s in other units at TFI. I am not super confident in these journey maps, but I think the more I practice and the more I do, I continue to learn about them.
