4 places you should go when you are in Cusco

Cusco is a fantastic city full of pretty animals. The once Incas used to live there. It is a place where you can’t say “there are no more activities to do”.

Hotel Casona de Yucay

When i first heard from this hotel it didn’t seem so good. But the day we arrived there, i managed to see how awesome it was. There was plenty of room to be in. There was a wonderful park full of flowers and nice animals. You are going to see lots of butterflies that have different shapes and color. The food was awesome and the rooms were too. I had a very good time with my friends at all moment in this hotel. There was a table tennis court so me and my friends played there.

Maras

Maras is a very nice place. Maras is a town in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. The town is well known for its nearby salt evaporation ponds, in use since Inca times. When you are there you are going to be able to see things that Incas made. All this ponds are made of evaporated salt water. When water evaporates the remaining are salt. The owners of the salt sell it and make money from that. In my opinion i had a great time being there looking at the salty mountains. I could see the tall white mountains that looked like mountains covered with snow. It was amazing.

Sacsayhuaman

Sacsayhuaman is a place where incas used to live in. They created a temple made of gigantic rocks that could way up to 100 tons. The incredible part was that they could only use their body and rops to put this big rocks in place. This place was one of the only one to not be destroyed by the Spanish. It is said this temple wasn’t destroyed because the rocks were too big that the spaniards could move them. This temple is still in a good shape. I was amazed by how big the rocks were. They were like ten times bigger than me. The rocks were as big as a small house.

Machu Picchu

Machu Picchu is a place where Incas once used to live. Machu picchu is located in the middle of a tropical mountain forest with a terrific view. This was another temple that wasn’t destroyed by the Spaniards. It wasn’t destroyed because this is temple that was covered with leaves so the spaniards couldn’t see it. This was a temple in which has lots of tourist coming to it every year.
