My prepare for Spartan race log

Today is my 3rd day of practice.

The first day is on the 1st Feb. Since I applied Spartan sprint on this May.

I start to think more before eat and drink anything. Put a fitness as my routine life. And do the basic workout everyday (or as most as I can)

Today, I was successful about eat clean.

  • Banana and black coffee for morning
  • Vegetable tuna roll and black coffee for lunch
  • A banana for dessert (the lunch was very little)
  • A 1.5 scoop of way
  • Less carb on dinner
  • Not drink the beer !!!!!

My pitfall : didn’t cardio today — - must try better in next day.
