My prepare for Spartan race log
Today is my 3rd day of practice.
The first day is on the 1st Feb. Since I applied Spartan sprint on this May.
I start to think more before eat and drink anything. Put a fitness as my routine life. And do the basic workout everyday (or as most as I can)
Today, I was successful about eat clean.
- Banana and black coffee for morning
- Vegetable tuna roll and black coffee for lunch
- A banana for dessert (the lunch was very little)
- A 1.5 scoop of way
- Less carb on dinner
- Not drink the beer !!!!!
My pitfall : didn’t cardio today — - must try better in next day.
