Day 9 — The real start of this blog: Becoming the person she deserves
Talk is cheap. Actions speak volumes. I’m going to become the person I promised I would become, because I need to for myself, and I need to for my wife. An unhealthy life breeds unhealthy thoughts and unhappiness. Time to prove that I will do anything for her.
Goals: Get activities, get active, be healthy. Be the person you want to be, and the person she deserves to be with.
Step 1: Quit smoking for good
Step 2: Get in shape and healthy
Starting weight: 223 lbs
Run notes: Holy shit I am out of shape. Had to walk almost half of it, but you have to start somewhere.
Step 3: Try the things she loves — yoga
I was always too “manly” to try it, but fuck that noise.
