Source code or it didn’t happen. I would wish every journal followed this principle in peer-reviewing. After all, the source code is the technical proof that the reported results are actually possible. The reality, however, is far away from this utopia. There are many papers that report astounding results without source code or even detailed information on utilized hyper parameters.
