The hot home training craze, which is in the spotlight in terms of time and cost, is expected to continue this year. Home training seems not difficult for anyone to access, but when you’re about to get started, it’s hard to see which trainer to choose, hat kind of exercise to do, and whether following them properly.

An app has pop up aiming to be a guile for home-training nomads who are not easily get in to sports. It is 300kcal a sports content market where individual trainers produce and upload content themselves.

When you log on to 300 kcal, you will see a picture of a man and a woman wearing a training suit. From “like” to “Comment” and “View” it’s a social networking site that’s endless.

Photos on the 300kcal main screen are representative images of sport content taken by the trainer themselves, with content matching the age and gender of the logged in user as a priority. Trainers who teach sports directly at 300 kcal include veteran players with good career in the fitness industry such as Joo Yi-hyung, Hyung Joo-hyun and Ha Seo-bin, as well as Olympic stars such as rising rookie trainers and national fencer Nam Hyun-hee.

The sports they teach are various such as yoga, pilates, ballet fits, small tool exercise, mat exercise, bare body exercise and machine exercise, and among them, sports rehabilitation and pre-natal and post-natal exercise experts are also seen. To see various trainers and contents is very interesting to watch.

Open market for athletic content where individual trainers create and sell their own content

Selecting a trainer’s exercise program will allow users to view a ‘tutorial video’ that outlines the program ahead. Under the video, there are “Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3” displayed, and next to it, three exercise events to be carried out in each of day are shown. The program, which can use a total of nine such actions for six days, is $1.

Differentiate from existing home-training apps in infinite content, concept and diversity generated by trainers

To be sure, 300kcal is different from conventional exercise apps. The color of content is different, but there is also a difference in the variety of content For example, a single squared motion can produce infinite videos depending on the trainer at 300kcal. Compared to existing exercise apps, which rarely have new content uploaded, it is interesting to choose from, and also provides more choices for users.

Personalized exercise prescription and exercise history DB based on personal physical information

Unlike YouTube videos that goes one-way, whoever watches them, 300kcal exercise videos are provided in consideration of your gender, age and physical information. In other words, the user’s exercise performance section during the video, gives individually prescribed number of set and times for each user to exercise the appropriate amount. In addition on the ‘My page’, history of exercise, including the amount of exercise and attendance are visible.

Besides the Android & iOS apps for users, the trainer-only app will be launched in this year, which will allow trainers to easily produce videos, manage members and view sales and various statistics, drawing attention from the audience as it expects 100 trainers by then.
