When it comes to training in the gym, I’m a minimalist. Who has the time to spare an hour every day?

I know you too have a lot on your plate. We all have things to do. We have families to take care of, businesses to run, jobs to go to, and an endless list of skills to learn.

What does every tech founder/entrepreneur want?

To receive a call from the Gates and Zuckerberg’s of the world which says,

“Hey, how you doing? Good? Listen, I want to buy your company.”

If you’re lucky enough to get that call, then you should know this — everything is negotiable.

Sabeer Bhatia, the founder of Hotmail was one such lucky guy. After 12 months of launching Hotmail, he got a call from Bill Gates.

They might make you want to finally try meditating.

The benefits of meditation are immense. If you read too much into it, it seems to be an equivalent of a get-rich-quick scheme or one of those “Doctors Hate This Guy” commercials.

Yet, even more fascinating, is that all of them are true and backed by science.

Everything that saints, sages, and ancient scriptures tell us about meditation comes out to be true in some way or the other.

After starting my own meditation journey, I was anticipating the basic benefits everyone talks about — better awareness, focus, sleep, etc.
