Great piece Jonathan. I’ve had a few Ricks work for my company over my career. As soon as you can identify the Rick, and that doesn’t take too much effort, it’s all about figuring out how best to extract the Rick with the least impact to your team and business. It’s a hard process but one that needs to be done for the ongoing success of your team, future product, and future business.
