Delaware or Nevada… Where are you going 373K?!
Today the Las Vegas Sun published an article about us which has led to many questions regarding where we’re actually going.
Initially, we had identified Nevada as our new corporate headquarters, but due to the outreach from Delaware’s Economic Development Office and their assistance with connecting us with their Public Service Commission (an entity we have to deal with in every state — and as a NextGen carrier traditional approval processes get very confusing, being able to jump ten hurdles with one conference call makes life very easy). Then, the Governor Jack Markell, contacted us to extend a personal invitation to Delaware. So we turned the car towards Delaware. It’s very hard to say no to a Governor.
So on March 17, 2016, 373K, Inc. became an domestic Delaware corporation and we opened an temporary office in Dover, DE (permanent office is planned for Wilmington).
Does this mean we’ve forgotten Nevada? NO!
373K through it’s partnership with Internap, has built a global carrier-grade switching platform which requires individuals around the globe to monitor its operation.
This means we need people (engineers, sales & customer support) in many timezones across the globe to provide the 99.9999% uptime that we are proud to keep.
Currently we have offices and personnel in Dover (Headquarters), Asia (Operations), Europe (Operations), Washington DC (Sales), Atlanta (Operations — Shutting down) and, by the end of the summer, Nevada (Operations) — we don’t know which is best for our employees though, Vegas or Reno. Vegas is a perfect fit for our internal culture, but Reno will probably increase our productivity.
So we hope this clears up any confusion about the Nevada vs. Delaware destination for 373K…. Remember, the goal was to leave the state of Georgia! #MissionAccomplished

It’s true, 373K has no HR department (everyone would be fired immediately) and our staff is politically incorrect.
