Brunch has become a sacred ritual for many of my friends and I these days. It’s more than getting together for good food and unlimited mimosas. It has become a halllowed gathering for self-care.
During brunch you have the opportunity to be everything you wanted to be during the week. Seriously, what women gets to slay and be great between work, family, and other obligations?
Here are 2 simple reason why brunch is the most important meal of the week!
- Brunch releases the four main ‘feelgood’ chemicals — endorphin, oxytocin, serotonin, and dopamine. These chemical revive your mind body and soul. It keeps you from literally going mental.
- The brunch experience is a marquee event where we bond, activate our passion projects, form bad ass squads and live in the moment ridding ourselves of anxiety, stress, fear, hurt and pain.
It’s simply a breath of fresh air.
