Los Angeles, California-October 4, 2017: Dribblers Football Club launches today on Kickstarter: They have created a fun, easy, affordable, and mobile-based program for parents to teach 3- to 5-year-olds basic soccer skills from home.

The problem they’re solving:

Young kids are joining soccer teams without basic skills or knowledge and many of them don’t even enjoy it. Many parents in the US didn’t grow up with soccer so they’re not familiar with the steps to learning how to play the game. Finding quality coaching, the costs, and convenience of coaching is out of reach for many parents.

A culture without free play: Less than 13% of children walk or ride their bikes to school, and for safety reasons, there’s a lot less running around the streets and neighborhoods like they used to. So many kids are no longer getting exposed to different sports and are unfamiliar with the very basic steps of the game.

After having studied many of the new high-tech ‘sensor’ footballs that have come out recently and we believe and acknowledge that technology has a role in soccer education, but for young kids, it’s not about collecting performance data. We’ve created an experience that brings parents and their kids closer together so that it becomes not just a digital but a physical and healthy experience combined with joy and fun.

Young kids today create and build amazing things with LEGO, they draw and paint what’s in their imagination, and they play games with mobile phones. We’ve looked at the problem and created a new way for kids to learn the basic fundamentals of soccer. It starts with parents creating an account on the mobile App (at Dribblers.club) and signing up the players who will take the program. Some of the key features include:

· A unique curriculum shows parents how to teach their kids how to play soccer and to have fun while they’re at it.

· There is a team of animal-themed characters who feature throughout the entire experience.

· Kids earn Dribble Power Points for completing drills and unlock rewards

· The coaching curriculum is focused on core fundamentals: Ball Control, Passing, and Dribbling

· Parents and kids watch drills videos that follow a simple format: The Drill Goal, Setup, Warm-up, Coach Talk and how parents can help.

· Parents use the Dribble Board to manage drills and make progress through the program.

· Parents can connect with coaches via video chat to discuss the performance of their kids
